What is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
An EPC is a non-intrusive survey that looks at elements in your property such as its construction, the type of boiler, loft insulation and heating controls; and then rates the property out of 100 for energy efficiency.
We will then suggest recommendations on how you can improve your energy efficiency rating, and thus save money.
